โ๏ธ Your primary responsibility is to generate leads for Fractional Teams and our partners by working with marketing on lead generation and prospecting campaigns. You will also qualify and close some opportunities with senior management support.
โ๏ธ This position requires outbound/inbound communications via phone, email, chat, etc using qualification and consultative-selling skills. There will also be a tight collaboration with online and social media communities to generate new opportunities.
โ๏ธ You will be expected to report on qualification and other activity and stay informed on all products and services in the portfolio.
โ๏ธ The role is primarily home-based initially with a close, friendly online team and options to work from home when offices reopen in the future. Colleagues will be based in worldwide locations, including the UK, EU and Ukraine, with primary communication written and spoken in English.
โ๏ธ There may be opportunities to travel to events or international office locations from time to time.
โ๏ธ Develop and win sales opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
โ๏ธ Interact with prospects via phone, webchat and email with a high attention to detail
โ๏ธ Develop and execute a prospecting plan, including email, social, chat and calling
โ๏ธ Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using CRM systems
โ๏ธ Learn the product, communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections
โ๏ธ Research accounts and key profiles, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
โ๏ธ Disseminate larger opportunities within the business, educating as necessary
โ๏ธ Tracking and understanding automated campaign performance and visitor/buyer conversions in order to recommend improvements to sign-up and purchase flows
โ๏ธ Regular team and management reviews to prioritize targeting of personas/markets and encourage collaboration
โ๏ธ Confident in discussing requirements and recommending solutions to stakeholders
โ๏ธ Getting involved with industry community platforms and building a social media following
โ๏ธ Experience in B2B outbound sales and lead generation
โ๏ธ Must be an enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn new skills with the help of your team, management and other provided resources
โ๏ธ Excellent written and spoken English language (B2-Upper Intermediate or above)
โ๏ธ Experience working with international, remote teams and/or partners in UK/EU/US
โ๏ธ Experience using CRM and Collaboration platforms
โ๏ธ Understanding of E-commerce visitor/buyer behaviours, such as Amazon, Shopify, etc
โ๏ธ Close collaboration with an international team
โ๏ธ During COVID restrictions, homeworking is advised, however, you may need to attend offices occasionally. It is important that you have a quiet, productive space to work.
