We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Digital Marketer to join our small (and growing) team based in Lviv. It’s a great opportunity for you to reach new heights in your career while working closely with founders in London and Lviv to support the company’s marketing and sales activities.

Responsibilities 👩‍💻

✔️ Coordination and use of marketing platforms to manage Email Drip

✔️ Campaigns, Social Media, Landing pages, Webinars and related activities for agency clients and Fractional Teams

✔️ Close team-working with SDR/BDMs to analyse campaigns and adapt activities accordingly

✔️ Collaboration with Copywriting/Content, Product and Webmaster teams to ensure required campaign resources are coordinated with Demand

✔️ Generation activities

✔️ Working with the Senior Management team to plan and execute physical and virtual/online events

✔️ Working with external agencies, influencers and other content producers to increase engagement, attraction and conversion

✔️ Managing event organizers and related suppliers to plan and execute events.

✔️ Working with advertisers and promotional partners, analysing results and making recommendations for improvements

✔️ Tracking and understanding campaign performance

✔️ Regular team and management updates/reviews to prioritize targeting of personas/markets

General requirements 🗒️

✔️ Must be a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn new skills and develop processes with the help of your team, management and other provided resources

✔️ Confident in discussing requirements and recommending solutions to stakeholders, regardless of seniority level inside or outside the organisation

✔️ Excellent written and spoken English language (B2-Upper Intermediate or above)

✔️ Experience working with international, remote teams and/or customers in UK/EU/US

✔️ Demonstrable knowledge of productivity and meeting tools, such as Google Apps/Workspace, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, etc

✔️ Experience in using CRM platforms, like Hubspot, Salesforce, Capsule, Zoho, etc

✔️ During enhanced COVID restrictions, homeworking is possible. It is important that you have a quiet, productive space at home if you need to work there.
